Program Director
The Ideal Candidate - Recognizes the value proposition of NJIN and works with Middle, High Schools and Colleges in the area to build collaborative relationships. The goal is to complement the guidance counseling department of schools and help build student skills

The Ideal Mentor - will be an adult who holds a leadership position in a Fortune 500 company and is willing to share their story and mentor students.
Scientist
The Ideal Scientist - Enjoys harnessing the curiosity of young minds by engaging students in inquiry based research. Hands on research experience related to ecological science, environmental engineering and sustainability is desirable.
Researchers
The Ideal Researcher - Would like to conduct experimental work at NJIN towards the goals of sustainability and environmental stewardship.
